How to join

New to eduroam? Follow the procedure below and configure your eduroam via our new interface.

1. First of all, you need to contact your Account Manager to initiate the enrollment of the service.
   You can do this by sending a mail to adminsupport@belnet.be
   You can find the agreement here in French, Dutch, English (Point of attention: the English version of the agreement is a non-binding version).
   The agreements need to be sent to:

   Belnet
   Customer Relations Team
   WTC III
   Boulevard Simon Bolivar 30 B 2
   1000 Brussels

2. Then you need to configure radius and 802.1X authentication on the part of your network dedicated to eduroam.
   A technical advisor will contact you to discuss the technical details of the configuration within your organisation.
3. When the enrollment is done you need to fill all your data on the eduroam configuration interface. You can log in to this site with your Belnet Personal Login. You can find the user manual of the interface here in English, French,Dutch.
4. When all information is filled in, we will perform tests in both directions
5. When all tests and information are correct, we will add you as participant to our online list of participants
